Finally there are some updates on my blog after 3months! lol~ Anyway!!~~ How's my life? Good~, College life? great!, Friends? Awesome!, Lecturers? Lets skip that part shall we? XD (they are not too bad, if yea all wanna know^^)

I'm so Thankful to have such wonderful friends=) they took all the trouble just to plan something out for me. Although it may not be the actual date of my birthday but I'm glad that they did not forget my day. We had a marvelous times together, we spend time singing our hearts out at karaoke. hahaha~ we sang English, Chinese, Malay songs.. oh haven't gone to the part of Indian songs yet. maybe we should try that some day=) lalala~ Next, cake time^^ sweet~ they came walking in with a cake=) just lovely<3 I was over joyed & overwhelm! Friends are my 2nd family, I feel so happy of them being around =)

Another Bday girl on that day^^
Ahhhh.. its not only me who we celebrated b'day together today but also one of our pals which falls on September=) At first we didn't know where to hang out next. But one of my dear friend suggested the park and so we all stick on with the plan to the park^^ When we were all there, and the b'day girl too^^ Our plan was to somehow bring her to the car and present her a little cake. Haha! So we all lure her by saying,IYO!! kereta tayar Puncit! XDTherefore we should go and help~ lol! u guess she really fall for it! hahaha!! pretty silly huh~ well then again we all had a great time^^ everything is great today.
~Morning~ My teammates & i had a group discussion about a play/script which we are required
to do as an assignment. We started at 10am-12pm pretty quick huh? Although its pretty much done, there are still
some corrections to be made but everything was good.We had our craziness times after the assignment was about to finish.

~Lunch Time~ So lets see what I've done today so far.. After discussion my friends and I
went over to Summit to have our lunch. The lunch was not too bad,
better then our college cafeteria that is. Opps~
I didn't mean to spoil my college image but its just fact you see. LoLs!
Anyway, after lunch I head home. Ahhh home sweet home..
Kinda feel tired after all the brainstorming of ideas and
discussions. Maybe I shall rest awhile later.
~In the Evening~ I played with some kittens just now haha! its so pity that one of the kittens is so small in frame.
Well the mama cat only gave birth to two kittens but one is bigger then the other.
They hang out behind my house, but my neighbor from behind rares them not me.
I'm not usually a cat lover, but they are just okay for me sometimes.
Just as long they don't poop and mess around my place. Hmm~
My dad is a cat killer!! haha~ He hates them because they always loves
sleeping on top his car, and they leave their furs and
claw marks whenever they leave. ZZzz.. i know~

~Dinner Time~(Kelana Plaza) My Family and I went over to Plaza Kelana to have our dinner. nice place to chill though but today we tired the wrong place. We should have gone to he next restaurant instead. Err i think the better one was Luiziana ( I dunno how they spell it) So yea Especially guys~ do take your Girlfriends or Boyfriends haha! there for a night out/ a place to chill. Its kinda nice place though~^^ So anyway i will post up some nice pictures later. So you guys can check it out. Hmm~ Food was so so at the Restaurant we ate, but mum says the other one is nice which i mention earlier on. Altough places there is kinda pricy but hey its not like im asking you guys to go there everyday~ LOL!! Yeah~ my dinner today is towards the fatty side but i will make i shall do extra rep's in the gym on Monday=)
Today is my first day starting a Blog! I've been thinking to start a blog way ages ago but somehow till today I'm going to start one=)
Topic for today is Exercising and Eating right. I'm not a professional dietitian or a trainer, but for me by the right amount of Exercising and Eating well will lead us to a healthier lifestyle. So anyway based on my experience, i have been constantly working out at the gym. I usually go to the gym about 4 times a week. Apart from that, i became a member for the gym beginning of this month. I'm not that fantastic in figure yet, but i do hope that someday i will achieve that! So for now i could only dream of it and work towards it! LOL

My eating habits now is Staying AWAY from ALL the food that contains Sugar & also the Fatty Foods. Yup! staying in low carbs in the other words. I do eat, its not like I skip any meals of the day. For me skipping meals is a very bad idea, but if you want to, you can skip just dinner, but make sure you have your breakfast and lunch in approximate amount of Healthy food=) I started eating apples everyday, it became apart of a routine in the morning before i head off to college. As they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. But for me an apple a day keeps my figure in shape. HAHA!! but yea i do eat apples. Apples (red ones) are perfectly fine to consume in the morning because they are low in acid compare to the other fruits, for instance Orange~
Frankly, I'm a chocolate lover too. But instead of eating sweet chocolate, try eating dark chocolate instead. For instance, 70% of coco is much better then just any ordinary sweet chocolate. So for you people who are a chocoholic, go and try some dark chocolate. Although the 1st taste of it may be weird, but once you have a few of it, it actually taste not too bad as it seems =) but remember, don't eat too much, maybe just one or two or.. maybe three hehehe~

Besides that, drinking plenty of water is very very important because drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. Besides that, when you exercise you tend to loose a certain amount of water in your body. Therefore, by drinking water you are replacing the amount of water of what you lost and also an additional amount of what we should drink in a day. So drink up guys! what i mean is PLAIN WATER and not Alcohol or Carbonated drinks.

What are the symptoms of not drinking enough water? Well.. Symptoms of mild dehydration include chronic pains in joint muscles, lower back pain, headaches and constipation. Besides that a strong odor to your urine, along with a yellow or amber color indicated that you may not be getting enough water. The other symptoms is Thirst! Which is an obvious sign of dehydration and in fact, you need water long before you feel thirsty.
Sleeping routine, as for us young adults, we should have at least 6-8 hours of sleep. For me I would try my best to sleep at 10pm or not the latest by 11pm. I used to sleep like 3-4 am and the following day I look so dead and didn't feel like doing anything until i have my rest. So please try to sleep early, and trust me you will enjoy your day completely. Besides that one of the major purposes of sleep early is to restore and heal the body. It has been observed that immune functions change during specific stages of the sleep cycle. Furthermore, sleep deprivation (lack of sleep) can lead to deficiencies in the immune system. Although it is believed by some that important growth can take place during sleep. In addition, sleep offers important restoration to the brain. It is possible that neurons are restored, that brain proteins and certain are produced. Sleep is particularly important to the brains in young humans. Sleep deprivation in early life has led to decreased brain mass, permanent sleeping trouble, and behavioral problems. Therefore we need to have enough ZZzz's to have a healthy mind^^
So Remember guys!! make sure u have sufficient meal, exercise, water & sleep!=)
